| Summer Of 2009 Westbrook Dance Academy summer intensive offers classes for students of all ages in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Acrobatics and other related subjects. Classes meet daily, giving serious students the opportunity to take classes during the summer for a two week period. Important Note Any student that wishes to be considered for the Competition Team must take one week of summer intensive. Students that wish to be on the competition team may take both weeks and is recommended that they do. Recreational students may elect to participate in one or both weeks of summer intensive. General Information Students should remember to bring water for breaks in between class. Water will be available at the studio. Breaks will be supervised; however, we cannot be responsible for students that leave the building. We advise that all students stay in the building. Remember that age is only a guideline when determining a level…technical skill will be the deciding factor. All students should be dressed and groomed properly for all classes and come prepared with the appropriate shoes. All dancers are expected to treat faculty and classmates in a respectful manner. Please give your teachers your full attention. |
